Project Description
A Visual Studio add-in to give developers the ability to edit SharePoint content from within Visual Studio.

Features

• Edit files within SharePoint using Visual Studio
• Files on another server can be edited from a machine without SharePoint installation (server requires the installation of a custom webservice, so not useable for BPOS)
• Edit over both http and https
• Edit root level sites and subsites
• Full support for version control (checkin, checkout, ...)
• Modify checked-out documents with any tool in a local Working Folder
• Upload files added to the local working folder to the SharePoint server
